Using radiant colors, sparkling powders, polished or raw crystals and precious stones from the earth....along with sea shells and sugar sands collected on my trips to the beach, I strive to create art that captures the brilliant essence of the land and sea.

A Bit About Me
Terra Bella Art; Capturing Earth's Beauty
In my life, I have worked in many different artistic mediums. As a University student of Fine Arts, I experimented with oils, acrylics, etching, sculpture and figure drawing. I enjoyed self-taught forays into pottery, plaster casting and mosaics, along with a longer career as a fabric artist working mainly with silks.
Recently, I learned the art and possibilities of working with epoxy resin, and fell in love with the fluid colors and brilliance of the light that's reflected.
As I pour these rich colors, mixtures of resins and sparkling mineral powders onto my forms, I am continually swept up in the mesmerizing light, glimmer and dazzle, along with the added vibration, color and beauty of earth's gem stones and ocean treasures.
My art comes to life when light shines upon it, and that is what I love to share with you through this art form; a reminder of the sparkle and light that is inherent in our natural world, and the inspiration and peace we can all find there.
I hope that you may be filled with light and peace there too.
